My first Afghan.

I wanted to make something for the baby, but not knowing the sex it needed to be fairly neutral.

This was the end result, a little girly but we have since found out it will be a girl, so all is well!

What looks to be brown is actually a deep purple.

The flash has a tendency to alter colours.

This is my first Blog, a place to show of my latest hobby - crocheting!

I started to get back into crocheting to make little dolls and teddies for the children I sponsor, but from there I have moved onto making Afghans, Shawls, Clothes for my grandaughter and a new grandaughter on the way.

I daresay as time travles there will end up a variety of show and tells on here.
